another year!

14th May~

i was going to blog on the day itself, but things cropped up. :) it was my birthday! lol. the night before my bdae it rained. and i remember last year the morning of my bdae it rained too. seems like the sky likes to rain on my bdae? but im so glad because i love the rain. yay keep raining.

i had a great day on my bdae. met up with my 2 long lost best girlfriends. heheh.. we havent met in quite awhile. especially for miss ong linting. finallyy. went to jp for swensens, and the waitresses there were like so ignoring us. we had to ask for bill 3 times. poor service. tsk! but food was good. had cake at starbucks after that. sat there and chilled for awhile with zhenle. thanks again dears for the meal! :)

was just randomly chatting with zhenle about how i find it quite sad that my friendship with 2 of my close guy friends were kind of changed due to some 'awkward happenings'. if only things could be like before.

weirdly enough. on that same day after i went home. one of them chatted with me online. it was so surprising, all our awkwardness seemed to have disappeared. he asked me out for supper and came to pick me up. after that we drove somewhere else to just chat about nothing in particular. even though we haven't spoken like that in like 2 or 3 years, it just seemed like everything is still the same. i'm so glad we're good friends again. it's great that i can finally let go of what happened in the past.

so that was my birthday. i still can't believe i'm ___ years old!
